Q) How long before I receive my order?

AAll orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in stock items. 

For custom orders and wig services, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing. 

Please note that orders made after 2pm EST, and orders placed on weekends/holidays are not processed until the following business day.

Q) Well, what if there is something wrong with my package?

A) Unfortunately, we have no control once the package leaves our hands. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS or visit their website at USPS.com

Q) Oh no, my package went to the wrong address. What do I do?

A) We understand how exciting shopping for a new wig or new care products can be, however, please take the time out and make sure that your shipping address is correct. We would really hate to hear that your neighbor is wearing your new wig out on dates with their new boo.

Fourth & Mane Beauty is in no way responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

Any missing or misinformation can cause a delay or a cancellation of an order.

Q) What if there is something wrong with my order?

A) If there is any problem with your order, or if you have any concerns, please contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order by emailing us at info@4thandmane.com Please allow up to 24hrs - 48hrs for a response. Please note that emails sent on weekends and holidays will be returned on the next business day. 

 

For health reasons, all items are final sale.
