Shipping Policy

For all in stock items, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your tracking number. Our custom orders and wig servicing need an additional 5-7 business days to complete processing.  

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received and based on stock. Orders placed after 2pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.  At this time, 4th & Mane Beauty is not responsible for any mistakes, lost/stolen packages or delays with the postal service. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

We cannot control implications that may fall during deliveries since it is purely down to the courier to deliver items.

Returns/Exchanges

 

At this time, all sales are final, and returns/refunds are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at info@4thandmane.com within 48hrs of receiving your order. 

Order Cancellation

Because we start processing orders right away, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after you make your purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled after an hour of placing your order, nor can they be cancelled when your order has begun processing.  If you need to cancel your order, you must email us at info@4thandmane.com with the name and number of the order within 1 hour of your purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. Orders with different shipping and billing information are subject to cancellation.
